5:00 am. Nothing special, just an easier than normal steady run. I'm paying the price for my little 5 min/mile stunt I did on Monday, nothing bad just sore in the calves and hamstrings, it just feels like I did a hard leg workout but I sure hope it's gone by Saturday. Ran my last 1/2 mile in 2:50 just to remind myself what 5:40 pace felt like. 8 miles in 53:45 6:43 avg.
