Some soreness lingering but worked itself out after about 1 mile, my main problem is this stupid cold. I just can't seem to shake it. 8 miles in 53:20 6:39 avg pace. So I take Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Emergen-C, Calcium (since my stress fracture) and sometimes Iron on a daily basis. I swear by some, not sure about others but they seemed to be a good idea. Well here is a website that actually shows scientific evidence of whether or not supplements actually do anything. Kind of interesting.
