5:00am. Was going to do my whole workout on the elliptical this morning but after 2 miles I decided my legs were feeling pretty good and decided to try the treadmill out. Had a little bit of pins and needles pain at first but that went away quickly, after 1/2 a mile I started feeling really good, best I've felt in 2 weeks. Probably went harder than I should have on a recovery run but it was so nice to finally run relatively pain free that I let it out a little bit. Ran 1 mile at marathon pace but don't feel like it counts as a marathon mile cause it felt so good. :) 2 on elliptical in 20 minutes. 5 on treadmill in 34:22 6:52/mile avg.
