It was a nice break. I'm feeling very good right now, pretty excited that I've made it this far without injury. I have 800's on the schedule tomorrow but am really skeptical about doing them. That's how I hurt myself in March, speed work while working long hours. Humm, decisions decisions.

Good luck with the speed work. I always like it because if you start feeling something going wrong you can stop it at any time without a long run back to the car. The problem is making sure you are listing to your body and are willing to bag the workout. Or at least that is usually my problem.
