Good run today, my legs felt very peppy despite still having a nagging cold.  I didn't really try to run hard but I did have a higher than normal average pace just due to feeling good.

Went to the Bon Jovi concert last night, it was very disappointing, he's basically turned into a cover band.

It was for the VM World party, I would have rather ran with him than listened to him sing :). Last year was the Killers which was awesome, so this year was a let down.

JBJ was the best concert I ever saw (actually, tied w/ Springsteen) but that was like 10 years ago!
