Longer Zoo loop than yesterday's loop. Next week I go to San Francisco for pretty much a whole month so the running will continue then. I just wanted to take advantage of the nice mornings while in town to enjoy my new bike. I have now been on more rides without crashing my new bike than with.

I could probably use a whole body suit, not just the invisible helmet.

Long trip to San Fran... will you get to run some of the cool trails in that area?

San Fran is probably my favorite place to run. I usually end up going at 4:00am everyday so I just take my same route out around the piers to the Golden Gate bridge, if its a long run day I go across the bridge, but I doubt I will have time to run the trails.
