6 miles on the treadmill with 8 X .1 mile strides at 13.1,13.2,13.3...... mph to finish of the treadmill portion. Then 6 miles on the JRP. Maybe a lunch run, maybe not...

I visited your TM this morning for a much slower run :) Glad you're keeping it primed so it doesn't break down on my shuffle miles!

I'm sure the treadmill appreciates someone who weighs much less than me not pounding it to death. I'm surprised it still works.

Allie, those aren't suppose to be doubles, It's basically one long run but 1/2 of it I stay in one place and the other 1/2 I go somewhere and then end up back in the same place.
Seems like a waste to go 12 miles and not go anywhere doesn't it?
