Mile VO2 Max run.Definitely out
of my comfort zone this morning.As opposed to just going for a long run, with some short sprints
schedule had me do 6X1200’s today.First time I think I’ve ever done “formal” 1200’s.My new least favorite workout, I do
feel really good now that it’s over.
¼ Mile splits looked like this.
1-79.7, 81.9, 84.01200 total 4:06Max HR 167

At the airport on my way to Anahiem now, hopefully I can
find a good run tomorrow morning.It looks like there is a river trail about 3 miles from the hotel, I
think I’ll drive down and try it out.
