I'm in pretty darn good shape after just running Des News yesterday, I can actually go up, and down stairs. Not saying I'm not sore, but I've been a lot worse off, probably means I didn't push very hard, which is true. I do have a soccer scrimmage with my kids soccer team tonight, that should be fun. 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes of weights, 15 minutes of pool and hot tub stretching. I'm good to go.
