10 miles on the newly paved "Murdock canal trail". I'm not sure why it's called that cause when there was a canal there it was called Bull River but now it's buried anyway.

It's a very nice trail but I'm afraid that it's going to get crowded now. I used to have it all to myself, I'm a selfish runner!!
