Hardest cardio workout I've done in almost 6 months, not very impressive really but it felt very hard. 3 mile warmup 5 mile tempo at 6:30 - 6:20 pace then 2 mile cool down. I'm about 10 lbs over my normal in shape weight and 15 lbs above where I would like to be. So today I start operation loose 15 lbs. |
