5:00 am.  Today was scheduled to be a 9 mile run with 3x1600's, but last night I had nightmares that I was running Ogden Marathon in slow motion and no matter what I did I couldn't go any faster.  Since I started Marathon training last May I have had a goal to run 10 miles on the treadmill in exactly 1 hour before I had to do a reset, so I decided since today was my last day close to 10 miles it would be a good day to try it.  For what ever reason, because of warm up's water breaks whatever else I have never ran 10 miles in under 1 hour before.  I started out at 9.2 mph and gradually every 5 minutes increased the speed up .2 mph, I did take a quick 1 minute water break at mile 5, and by mile 8 I was up to 10.8 mph.  I actually felt really good, I started feeling a little shaky in the knees at that speed, but cardio and lungs felt great.   Ended up running the last 1/2 mile at 11 mph just to make it in time.  Think I ended up with 2 seconds to spare, but we'll call it an even hour.
