Not a great run, I didn't really hurt just didn't have much energy, and I ate way to much junk yesterday so I had stomach issues.  For me, any run is a good run though.

Someone put up a barbwire fence across my trail since last Friday so I had to do a little cross country running through rattle snake country to get around it.   Planned for 10 miles but I was behind schedule so I had to take a shortcut home.

Glad you're running again, It felt harder to me for the first bit today too, maybe it's that it's like 20 degrees warmer than it has been!! Oh, and I saw a snake up on Morning Glory when I was driving back home, gave me the chills!!!!

What's with people using dangerous materials on trails? Did you read about those yahoos who setup the booby-traps in South Fork last week?

Well, I'm sure whom ever put up the fence thought differently about who's trail it actually was, and they were probably right.

But no, I didn't. What kind of Booby-traps.
