My wife has a head cold and kept waking me up all night, finally at 3:15 I decided to stop trying to fall asleep and just go to the gym. I rolled out and stretched before running which I don't normally do, then did about 5 minutes on the elliptical to try and loosen up. Started out running slow, and progressively got a little faster. 15 miles in 1:53:00 7:30 avg pace. I've decided I'm getting burned out, I'm tired, my legs hurt, I've developed an eating disorder trying to get back to race weight, which is just driving me nuts. I've been trying to loose weight since the start of the year, I've lost about 5 lbs but I still want to loose like 15 more. I know it's not good to train and try to loose that much weight, but I didn't loose it before I started like I'd planned. So yeah, I'm in the dumps.
