Same distance and route as Wednesday's run home from work, but it's incredible the difference in feeling today.
The other day I went harder early, then backed off late. This time I was steady at a slightly slower pace the whole distance. The ultimate result was a slightly slower time today, and a more sluggish feeling after the end of the run. Weird that the same distance and route yielded such different results.
