Temperatures moderated quite nicely this morning. Up around -2C, which is a spring day compared to what we've been running through the past few weeks.
Continuing on the Heart Rate Training regime, and felt very relaxed doing my 8k run. I've realized that it will be much harder to run slow, than it has ever been to run fast. Feathering my heart rate, when I start to hear my watch beeping is maddening. I've already decided that I'll shut off the sound when I run with the group. They don't need to hear me beeping all the time.
