Ugh. I'm not feeling so good.
Followed up last night's clinic tempo run with another this morning. 6k in the evening and 10k this morning. I stuck to the HR the whole way, and was very pleased with my ability to stay within my training zone.
It was ccccooooold out there this AM. -25C windchill. Light snow. I'm praying that the forecasts pan out and we get +6C on Sunday for our long run. That's shorts weather!
I hope that I feel better than this next week after doing the night/morning thing again. It makes me wonder how can some of the people on this site do morning and evening runs, and can recover so well. I'm obviously so not there yet. 24-36 hours is required for me to forget about the pain and suffering that I have endured. hehehe
