I used to eat lunch at El Chalan on 3rd West and 1500 South. They sold Inca Kola, though it looks like they are out of buisiness :(
But I'm sure there are other sources. I bet this place has it- http://www.pequenitamarket.com/ So head over to the barrio so you can do a long distance toast with some Inca! o chela o chelas ;)
