Was hoping to get in more miles last night, but was up late helping a friend move into his new home instead. Didn't do much this morning, either. Oh, well. 4 at 8:00, random incline.

Very nice of you to help your friend move. I've moved so many times over the years and people always show up to help and I am always very grateful.
