Do you run with your feet on the ground? Or is this in the deep end. I saw a girl "running" in the deep end yesterday when I picked up my kids from swimteam practice.

Missy,

I deep pool run so that my feet do not touch the ground. (I actually can't do it at my Lifetime gym since they only go to 4 feet deep.) I also prefer to tether myself in place so that I can increase the intensity by working harder against the tether.

Good to see you in passing today. Hope the recovery is coming well.

Lifetime Fitness? Oooooh if that is your gym I am jealous! I used to go to Lifetime in Gilbert AZ when I lived there. Spoiled me badly! Now I live in provo..the Lifetime here is just too far. *Cries* I have to go to the more Ghetto Golds..haha.

Missy, yes, Lifetime Fitness is my gym. However, I have to deep pool run at a county rec center to get a pool with deep enough water.
