Nice pool running. Love your moves.

From Calvin on Mon, Mar 22, 2010 at 13:45:11 from 66.133.117.3

Good job in the pool. Any signs that your injury is going away?

From Smooth on Mon, Mar 22, 2010 at 17:14:17 from 174.23.198.220

Same question as Cal. You're so dedicated w/ the pool running! GOOD JOB!

From Rhett on Mon, Mar 22, 2010 at 18:29:16 from 74.32.222.202

Did I hear that your Dancing with the Stars is starting back up tonight? I'm sure you'll be there learning the new moves.

From Teena Marie on Mon, Mar 22, 2010 at 22:48:07 from 174.52.45.85

I LOVE JOHN!!!! :)

What I'd really like is to see a dance-off between John and Napoleon!!!!

Nice job in the pool!

Same question ... how are you feeling?

From RAD on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 15:07:04 from 67.172.229.125

Oh Teena, Napoleon would win HANDS down! :)

Great job on the consistency of the x-training. When you're ready to run again it'll feel like you didn't miss a beat!

Oh...and I'm still craving that Reuben! Anyone know where to get a good one? :)

Nice job in the pool, same question as everyone else though, how are you feeling?

From RivertonPaul on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:00:50 from 67.42.27.114

Everyone, I hope my calf/soleus/achilles is doing better. It is difficult to tell because I really am trying to avoid any pounding on it. I finally feel like with the deep pool running I am able to do something worthwhile, so at least I have something positive to focus on.

From Calvin on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:10:02 from 66.133.117.3

how long before you might take your calf for a test drive on the treadmill?

From RivertonPaul on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:14:09 from 67.42.27.114

Cal, before I go for a test drive I want to even do some other stuff to get rid of scar tissue etc. like deep tissue massage. I just have to figure out how, where, who. I know I could push through discomfort or pain, but in retrospect, I did that all last year rather than getting better. I wish I could be more specific, but want to wait another couple of weeks.

From Rhett on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:14:54 from 74.32.222.202

I admire your patience Paul. That was the hardest part when I was coming back from my injury. I would start feeling better and then go run and set myself back again. If you go for a test drive, make sure and stop the second you notice it not feeling right.

From Calvin on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:16:55 from 66.133.117.3

just to be clear, i'm not trying to push you or anything. i'm impressed with your patience too. mostly i'm wondering if you think you'll be ready to run Ogden.

From RivertonPaul on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:19:16 from 67.42.27.114

Cal and Rhett, I appreciate your comments and never feel like you are pushing me to get back too soon. At this point I am thinking I will be able to run Ogden, but am resigned to viewing it as a training run.
