Speed today since I am not racing tomorrow. I did three sets of four 400s that were supposed to be at two seconds slower than mile pace, mile pace, and then two seconds faster than mile pace. My splits were 71, 73, 72, 72, 70, 67, 71, 70, 67, 69, 69, and 71. Pacing was a little all over the place but I was pretty happy with it since I was supposed to being hitting 76s the first set, 74s the second, and 72s the last and I was faster than that the whole time. Cooled down to 8.
