| My legs felt tired today. First mile was an absolute beast, maybe that's why felt like crap for the next few after that. Calves and quads tired but hammys and glutes are feeling good so I'm happy with that.
Behind on work as usual but if I got a big day tomorrow we got good prep for the rest of the week. Let's goooooo.

| I had myself take the day off running because I'm tired mentally and physically. I did some lifting, did 3x10 @90 on the bench, 3x32 running arms, plank, 2x10 push ups, 3x10 step ups, ABCs to K, lunges, cycles.

| I felt good at the start of the run today but my back was tight in the middle of the run. I also felt a bit tired miles 3-8 but otherwise pretty good. I think the wind messed with my mind for that middle section, once I relaxed a little bit I felt better and sped up again. The climb back to the house felt good though. 6:15ish a mile, 800 net elev, 70% hard surface. Back, left hip, lack of fuel.

| Goals for weekend-
1.) Saturday- 6mi and lift, Sunday- >5mi, roll out
2.) Look at both quantum problems, look at 2/3 stat mech problems give them a good try
3.) Figure out the licensing for ansys, SSH into school server to find info on trap board
4.) Finish section of Brownnut review on Johnson noise
5.) Clean, pay bills
