Couldnt make it to x-country workouts today because my parents told me i couldnt go and that i was grounded. i dont want to post why i was grounded, but i also might not be able to make it for tomorrows workout either. so today i had to do the run on my own. i decided to do my 8 miles with 3 min. on and 2 min. off through downtown to sugarhouse. it was extremely hot because i ran at 3pm today. it was a wrong idea. i felt pretty efficient with keeping up with the pace and gaining every 3 min. felt very sore on my thigh muscles, but felt pretty great throughout the whole run |
