Running Accomplishments:

I won The Endurance in my first year of X-Country with East high school. I have ran in the Running of the Leopards for two years now and looking to continue every year.  

Short-Term Running Goals:

My running goals are short and simple, be the greatest that i can be at running my greatest in X-Country for my last year of high school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

My long term goal is to continue running throughout my life and really invest a lot of my time in running once I leave high school and college.

Personal:

My most favorite sport of all time is basketball. I love to eat STINKY BANANAS. My nickname to most people is Papa Smurf. And i am a very great student academically and really push myself to the limit to succeed, no matter how intense and difficult, I am a person who will never give up.

Today i did the most mileage that i have done in quite a while. i would have never been able to do this much if it wasnt for the rain. the rain made the run so much more easier for me. so thanks to mother nature. the first couple miles my chest was not feeling too well. it was hard for me to breathe, but as the run progressed my body began to finally cooperate with me. im feeling a lot tougher and can keep up on running a lot more. hopefully i can make it to x- country practice tomorrow.
