Ran up Beacon Hill. I wanted to do a couple of laps, but to hot and tired. I did do a couple of quick "sprints up the hill after coming back down the first time I made it up 50 vertical feet each time about 30 seconds of sprint each.
Ran up Wasson peak with a friend from church. It is so much better to go running with other people I am able to push myself more. Even though i haven't been training as much as last year my time was only 7 minutes off my best time for this run. I think the main reason is having someone to keep me going when I want to stop and walk.
