-Marathon (2013 SGM) 3:26:07 Official chip time 3:29:30 (had to take a 0.75 mile detour to get my watch).

-Survived Speedgoat 50K 2013 (Time 9:59:51)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

Beautiful sunrise run up Wasson peak.Time 1:27:12 AP 11:27. A little windy o/w beautiful morning. I love spring and fall in the desert.

Ran up wade road. It is hard to get up early enough to get in 10 miles or more. My goal was to do 11 miles. I had watch issues which took some time. Nice run after I got started. AP8:10.

2.5 laps up beacon hill. It is hard to get motivated to start this run. However, it feels great once I get to the top of the hill.

Did 6 miles at about 10k pace. Two of the miles were uphill so they were just over 8:00/mile. However I guarantee I was putting in significant effort (ave HR 160s). The downhill miles (4) were much faster AP 7:24. I did 2 warm up miles. Then after walking my daughter to school I did another 3 miles slow AP 8:40.
