I thought I would try and run the route that I used to run pretty regularly. It has a little bit of a hill that i used to feel like was pretty tough. After having run offroad for the last couple of weeks this run was pretty easy and I was about 30 seconds faster than usual. The uphill 2 miles were just about 8:30/mile and the downhills were 7:48 and 7:53. AP: 8:09/mile |
