Ran with my sister today. It was a fun trail run at sunrise. I felt really good since I hadn't ran since last Monday. we did the run nice and slow for her. Beautiful morning. I love trail running!

It's pretty cool you got her on a trail. I tried to talk her into it for a while up here but she never wanted to do it. I need to get down there for some winter training soon
