Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

Nice run this morning. My new neighbor is a runner and we went together. We were pretty equal. It is nice to have someone to run with. I would have liked to push it a little bit more. Next time. AP: 8:29/mile. I think I was slower because of the plantar fasciitis. I. Not sure what to do about it. It only hurts for the first 0.5 miles.

I have been having a bit of PF issue too. Mine only hurts first thing in the morning, when I'm climbing out of bed. After I stretch it and get moving it goes away. I think it's because of the added miles I've been doing, maybe yours is for the same reason? I'm hoping that it will eventually get conditioned to the miles and go away.

I have a list of several exercises to strengthen the foot muscles and stretch the plantar fascia. That worked for me in the past, I haven't been very dedicated with the exercises this time yet.
