This run felt super good this morning. I did a mostly flat and paved route and was able to have an AP: 7:56/mile. My calfs were pretty sore afterwards I think that was close to my limit at least in this heat, it was only in the 80's but muggy. Splits: 7:46, 8:03, 7:51, 8:06, and 7:51. I will take it a little slower tomorrow. |
