-Marathon (2013 SGM) 3:26:07 Official chip time 3:29:30 (had to take a 0.75 mile detour to get my watch).

-Survived Speedgoat 50K 2013 (Time 9:59:51)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

married with kids trying to inspire the family to be healthy and active daily.

First run was while on call around the hospital.

In the evening I went out again and got a few miles in in the trail. It was made all the better because it was during a thunderstorm. It would have been better if it rained harder but can't have everything.
