-Marathon (2013 SGM) 3:26:07 Official chip time 3:29:30 (had to take a 0.75 mile detour to get my watch).

-Survived Speedgoat 50K 2013 (Time 9:59:51)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

married with kids trying to inspire the family to be healthy and active daily.

Ran up Tanque Verde ridge on the east side of town with John. It was a really great run very nice on that side of town haven't ever been over there. I will have to try it again. Legs are pretty tired this has been a good week with 7000 vertical feet.

Ran again in the evening up wade road. Still pretty hot even with the sun down.
