First run: I wasn't able to do my long run on Saturday as my baby was born. That put me behind my mileage plan for the month. It was really weird I got this pain in my foot on Saturday even though I didn't go running. I decided it might be a flair of gout. I've never had gout before but the pain was right at my 1st mtp. Hopefully this won't become a problem. The first run was slow because I was pushing my toddler in the stroller in the wind. AP 8:40. 2nd run: ran with my neighbor which also made this run slow.
