| | Still REALLY sore from the hike on Saturday, but I don't know why. I can't remember the last time my calves were this sore. Go figure. Between that and the headaches that aren't going away, I wasn't really feeling the run today. Did .25 mile warm up, jogged .75 miles, took a potty break, jogged 1 mile, walked .25 miles, jogged .75 miles, then did a .25 mile cool down. Total time was 34:20. My knee is still feeling pretty good, which is nice. Now I just need my neck, shoulders, and head to follow suit. | |

| | Feeling a little better today-not so sore and my teeth and jaw have stopped throbbing. I'm hoping the head, neck, and shoulders follow close behind! I think the jogging has helped me from getting so sick I can't function-at least that's what I keep telling myself. Definitely a better run today. Did .25 mile warm-up, jogged 2.5 miles, then did a .5 mile cool down. Total time was 34:00-how cool is that??? |
