Finally got on the treadmill again. This time I tried running on the balls of my feet to see if it helped with my calf muscles-well, the muscle behind the calf muscle really- and it helped a lot. Usually my legs bother me the rest of the day after a run, mostly just extreme soreness. But today when I finished and did some stretching they didn't even feel tight. I think it might take a while to get used to it, but hopefully this trend continues. Did .1 mile warm-up, ran/jogged 2.5 miles, then did .5 mile cool down. Total time was 31:46. I kept the incline at a 1 and probably will for the next while unless I get really brave.
