I had a lot of energy this morning, so the run felt great. I even upped the speed a little bit because I kept hitting the front of the treadmill. I ran on the balls of my feet again and it's really helping my calves. Now I wish I tried it a long time ago. Did .1 mile warm-up, ran 3 miles, then did a .4 mile cool down. Ran a 5k in 29:35. Feeling tight, but good. Total time was 34:45.
