I finally ran again! Swim team has thrown a serious wrench in my exercise plans! And I'll throw in the weather with that too-I was going to try to run/walk around Lehi while Paige swam, but the weather has NOT cooperated! Anyways, Paige didn't get her chores done in time to make it to swimming today, so we stayed home and I finally got a run in! I'm feeling so out of shape it's pathetic. I've eaten so much junk food the past couple of weeks and it shows! I ran 2.5 miles, and speed walked the rest. I think the total time was something like 32:48 or something close to it.
