Not too bad for a Monday. Did .25 mile warm-up, ran 2 miles at 6.5 mph, ran 1.25 miles at 6.4 mph, then did a .5 mile cool down. Had the incline at 2 for 1.5 miles, then at 1 the rest of the way. I'm really hoping to see my chiropractor this week. My tailbone is getting out so far I think it's starting to bug my knee again. No bueno. |
