Okay run today.  My breathing felt really off for some reason.  I stuck with it though.  Did 3.25 miles in 30:11 minutes, then did a .75 mile cool down.  Knee is still kind of bothering me, but just barely.

I think all the junk food I've been eating is seriously messing with my breathing.  Everything just feels harder this week.  Ran 3.25 miles in 30:13, then did a .75 mile cool down.  My knee is still bothering me, but I think it's more a combination of not stretching enough, eating too much crap, and my shoes are starting to wear out (I think).  I'm going to focus on stretching more today.

Since my knee has been bothering me more this week, I tried a new method of running.  I did a .25 warm-up walk, ran 1.25 miles at 6.4 mph. then tapered down one notch for every .25 miles.  I ended up running 4.25 miles in 43:00, then did a .5 mile cool down.  My knee popped a little in the stretching afterward and now it feels great.  I think I might start doing this kind of run whenever I have the time to.  It felt great and I didn't feel tired at all when I was done.
