Very weird day.  Ran 1 mile on the treadmill, walked about a mile with my sister-in-law, then did a bunch of walking around doing some moving so I'm counting that as another .5.  Who knows the time, but my back is a little sore from moving furniture.

I was able to get a better run in today.  Yesterday went to the birds, but at least I got some activity in.  Today I ran 3.5 miles in 31:44, did a faster walk for .5 mile (at 5), then did a quarter mile cool down.  It felt pretty good.

Weddings are of the devil when it comes to food.  I think I ate about a week's worth of desserts in a 90 minute period.  But, oh, was it worth it!  Anyways, today I tried to get back on track.  I ran 3.5 miles in 31:47, then walked .75 miles.  Total time was 40:54.  It felt good.  I just wish I had more time to stretch a little more sometimes.
