Weddings are of the devil when it comes to food.  I think I ate about a week's worth of desserts in a 90 minute period.  But, oh, was it worth it!  Anyways, today I tried to get back on track.  I ran 3.5 miles in 31:47, then walked .75 miles.  Total time was 40:54.  It felt good.  I just wish I had more time to stretch a little more sometimes.

I wasn't too tempted by the dessert. I did like the little pink cakes :) Life calls for weddings and that is OK ;)
