I think taking a week off helped a lot. My knee bothered me and ached a little bit, but I took the run really slow and easy so it never got too bad. I did 3 miles in 29:06, then tapered off to a 4.0 walk for my cool down. I'm going to try icing my knee for a little bit and see if that will help with soreness the rest of the day. It felt good to be doing something again. |
