I guess I haven't weighed myself in a while, because I've lost some more weight! I forgot how many extra calories sauces and condiments add to a meal. I'm kind of liking this change in my diet (sort of). I'm trying to get an earlier start on my runs since swim team starts next week and I'll have to run early if I'm going to keep it up. Did .25 mile warm-up, ran 1 mile at 6.5 mph, then went down one notch for every lap, then did a .5 mile cool down. Kept the incline at 2. Total time was 41:36. |
