I think the stretching is making a difference. I didn't have a massive headache in the afternoon for the first time in almost 6 weeks yesterday! Yippee!!!!! My calves are feeling mostly back to normal too. The run went really well today. I upped the speed a little bit and I think my body liked it better than the jogging-my breathing felt more natural and I went farther than I have in a while. Did a .25 mile warm-up, jogged 3 miles at 6.2 mph, then did a .5 mile cool down. Total time was 38:26. Took the kids on a walk-guestimate was 1.25 miles.
