Feeling okay today. My left calf muscle is mad at me for some reason, so I didn't get nearly the jogging distance I wanted. I did go a little further on the walking though-trying to walk out the calf muscle. Maybe I just need to eat more bananas. Did .20 mile warm-up, jogged 1.55 miles, then walked 2 miles with the speed varying between 4.6 and 5.1 mph. Total time was 43:10. Working on stretching the calves for the rest of the day. |
