These are all morning walks with the dog/kiddos. My right knee is feeling a little tweaked, so I've been taking it a little easier on some of the workouts and avoiding running for the week. Next week with p90x is a stretching/yoga/core week, so I'm hoping to add some walking/jogging to the mix. I'm definitely feeling stronger overall and am excited to see how my running is affected once I'm done with the p90x stuff. |
