the 9 miles is a total for the rest of this week. morning walks are 5 miles of that. today i started doing the kenpo workout and realized that a chest muscle was hurting pretty bad. i decided that a run would better suit my interests today, so i got on the treadmill . it went pretty well. i ran at 6.5 mph for 3.5 miles, then did a .5 miles coold down. total time was 40:36. |
