My knee is starting to bother me again, and the foam roller KILLLLLLLLS!! I've also notice that my right gluts are tighter than usual again as well. I guess it's lots of stretching and rolling in the near future. For my run today I slowed it down again. Did a .25 mile warm-up, ran 1 mile, walked .5, ran another 1 mile, and walked .5 miles for a cool down. Did the foam roller before and after the run. Now the outside of my thigh feels really sore for about 8 inches above my knee. Hopefully I'll find the right combination of walking, rolling, stretching, and running SOON! |
