I've definitely done something to my stomach muscles. I guess giving birth twice in one year and having a c-section aren't really the best prep for an extreme workout. go figure. I'm laying pretty low with P90X this week to give my lower stomach time to recover. Running, however, doesn't seem to bother it at all. So I did a 2 miler today after a modified workout. Ran 1.25 miles in 12 minutes, and had a warm-up and cool down for the rest. Total time was 21:20. Hopefully my stomach forgives me soon. |
